Two identical test cases produced two different actual results.

I’m encountering two identical test cases that yield different actual results. Both test cases are expected to fall under the numerator for the measure, but one does while the other does not. The screenshots illustrate where the failure occurs in the definition "DISPLAY ONLY Serum Creatinine Observations by High and Low."

When commenting out the expression "and HighCreatinineTest.result.value > 'Serum Creatinine Normal,'" the failed test case correctly outputs both the high and low serum creatine levels but fails again once the expression is reinstated.

Could you advise on why these two identical test cases are resulting in one passing and one failing?
