I just noticed one of my CY2025 test patients for CMS104 in the MADiE tool, that is now showing a status of fail.  But back in August the record was passing.

Can you please take a look at the record to see what would cause the change in outcome, as I have not made any edits to the record?  

When I built the test patient I was validating a new RXNORM code (1361615) that was added to the Medication Discharge: Antithrombotic Therapy Value Set would get the patient in the numerator.  But in running the test record, the actual outcome comes back as denominator. 

Note, I validated the 1361615 is on the value set for CY2025, and I also validated my setting was right on the expansion tab, so that Manifest box is checked and Manifest drop down references eCQM update 2024-05-02.
