In importing CY2025 Bonnie QDM5.6 test patients for CMS871, all 42 of my records are passing when running test. 

In order to be able to export the test cases out of MADIE, I have to clean up the patient names to remove the underscore (i.e. '_' special character).

For CMS871, all of my test patients that I titled with 'Denom' or 'Numer' (19 total) are giving me a 'Validation failed for object' error message after I removed the underscore from the name, and hit the 'Save' button.  

Can you please clarify what is causing this error to flag?  As this is the first measure that I have seen this error message for when cleaning up the title names.  

This is the 1st measure I am testing that has the denominator observation and numerator observation, and I was not sure if this is what could be causing the validation error? 

Any input you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
