In the past, when I’ve encountered a (red) Validation Error, I believe there has been a red/pink box with a message saying where the error is in the logic. However, for PC-01 (Elective DeliveryFHIR, version 0.3.001), test case NUMFail - 2LaborDTB4MedIndDino, I don’t see the error message.

The “Invalid” status and red “Validation Errors” alert came after I added a second profile for the second Labor Assessment value on lines 202 through 238.
