When attempting to update FHIR test cases equivalent to QDM test cases, error appears to prevent saving updates to the FHIR test case (NUMFail - MedIndProcStartEQLaborStart). 

After some edits - not yet completed last Friday, an error message started to appear stating, "An error occurred while updating the test case." Today, the test case initially shows as Invalid. When I try to save ANY edits, I get the same error message. However, if I run the test after modification yet without saving, the test passes.
