Hello, 

Unable to save any changes in these two measures, including the MP which does not reflect errors, it just will not save. In the editor, attempting to put the ‘codesystem’ list in alphabetical order but it will not save and error indicating that there are CQL errors displays but no issues noted.

Test cases calculate in for both measures and does not display an error message indicating to correct the CQL first as it has in the past with other measures.

In the population criteria 

Error updating measure "Core Clinical Data Elements for the Hybrid Hospital Wide All Condition All Procedure Risk Standardized Mortality Measure HWMFHIR": AxiosError: Request failed with status code 403

Cleared hx/cache, no change.
