This is causing roadblocks for our critical in-house testing. We use the exported QRDAs for this. This is putting this at risk for us meeting our production deadlines.
Hello,
Some of the QRDA/XML exports of Bonnie test patients are missing the Patient Data information. I've created some test patients for two draft measures, and I've attached the exported QRDA/XMLs. They are all missing events (Procedures, performed; Encounters, performed, etc.) that should be in the Patient Data section.
Note that this is not consistent. I've created and exported other test cases and the QRDAs/XML files are complete.
