      When attempting to Transfer measure to MADiE, an error message appears stating that I am not the owner or a version of the measure has already been transferred. I am the owner of this measure, and I previously transferred it successfully from MAT to MADiE in the past couple months. The measure version is 6.1 and the version in MADiE shows 0.0.000.
