In the process of expanding the test cases within CMS137 (Initiation and Engagement of Substance Use Disorder Treatment), an issue arose on at least two occasions where an error message stating "Unable to retrieve test cases, please try again later" has been displayed (please refer to the attached document).

Typically, this error message takes 3-5 minutes to resolve on its own. Sometimes, resolving the issue requires actions such as logging in and out of MADiE or even restarting the computer entirely. However, this morning, I encountered this error message consistently every time I attempted to input new patient data, significantly disrupting the workflow.

Please note that replication of this issue may not be possible at the moment, but it is being reported due to its repeated occurrence. Additionally, it's worth noting that I have been the sole individual working on this measure today.
