In an attempt to create efficiency with Bonnie testing, we are developing an internal policy to standardize our processes. Initially, we set out to use the Patient Bank feature and import predefined test cases from the bank in to our measure. We have found the patient bank to be very slow to load (sometimes as long as 8 minutes). Additionally, frequent “Page Unresponsive” messages occur as the system seems to time out. Once a test case is imported from the Patient Bank, modifications still need to be made to assure Initial Patient Population is met. Ultimately, based on the current state, we concluded it is more efficient to clone patients from within the existing measure and modify accordingly.
