Background: I have a QICore measure test deck with 99% coverage. Based on the highlighting, I suspect that the test deck is unable to meet 100% coverage due to a piece of logic relating to MedicationRequest.doNotPerform, since the other logic that are not highlighted are known to not affect % coverage (i.e., unions, aliases). The test deck does include a passing test case looking for MedicationRequest.doNotPerform and the highlighting for that specific test case does not cover MedicationRequest.doNotPerform. For your information, QICore 4.1.1 MedicationRequest.doNotPerform has a fixed value of "false".

Question: Why is the highlighting for this test case, "DENEXPass, DementiaDoNotPerformIsFalse", not fully covering the CQL logic "Has Dementia Medications in Year Before or During Measurement Period"?
