MAT QDM measure package exports have all files in a single folder.  MADiE 1.3.0 QDM measure exports have a different layout: CQL files are in a "cql" folder, and ELM files are in a "resources" folder.  There are other differences also.  MADiE QDM measure exports may not import into systems which now can import MAT exports, and changes may be needed for these systems to import the MADiE QDM measure exports.

EHR vendors who will import MADiE QDM measure packages will need to know and understand the differences.
