Attempting to create a denominator exception caused the test case to fail unexpectedly. The current MADiE UI doesn't allow for entry of the patient's death date or time. The test measure used contains a denominator exception for patients who expired during the measurement period:

Selecting "Living Status: Expired" does not provide enough information for the denominator exception to be met.

No other issues were noted during UAT by the Mathematica team.
