Receiving test case validation error for US core profile fixed code

      Hello, 

      Revising logic to use the USCorePulseOximetryProfile, but test cases fail d/t error with fixed code. Error indicates: :  “Error: Unknown code 'http://loinc.org#59408-5' for in-memory expansion of ValueSet 'http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/observation-vitalsignresult'”.

      Screenshots, measure and test exports attached. Please advise.
