Measure not showing 100% coverage

      Hello.  Yesterday, I updated CMS334 in MADiE to align with changes made to QDM measure for the current AU.  Prior to the updates, coverage was 100%.  After updates, coverage is only 99%.  All logic is highlighting in blue in MADiE with exception of "E" alias for Ethnicity and "R" for Race even though coverage is shown as 99%.  Subsequently, I added a test case to check for a new denominator exclusion (herpes).  After adding this, coverage went back to 100%.  My question is, when checking coverage before adding this test case, why did MADiE highlight the logic where logic calls value set "Genital Herpes"?  See yellow highlighting on attached word document.
