      Measure Developers need to use this import feature to help manually increment test case years by COB 11/15, because the tooling currently does not support auto-incrementation. The error messages are now suggesting that we cannot utilize this import feature to help with that work until we can also update every test case to have unique "Family" and "Given" names.

      Hi MADiE team,

      I'm trying to import the attached test case zip folder, but received the following error messages: "The Family and Given combination on the Patient resource in the Test Case JSON is already used in another test case on this measure. The combination must be unique (case insensitive, spaces ignored) across all test cases associated with the measure."

      Does this mean Family and Given names have to be unique for each test case within a measure? Can this requirement be relaxed for multiple test case imports? I thought only the PatientIDs and the Test Case Group/Title combinations would need to be unique, per MADiE User Guide ( https://www.emeasuretool.cms.gov/sites/default/files/2023-10/MADiE%20User%20Guide_1.1.15.pdf#page=28 ) and 8/25/2023 MADiE v1.1.11 Release Notes ( https://www.emeasuretool.cms.gov/sites/default/files/2023-08/MADiE%201.1.11%20Release%20Notes.pdf ) , which they are.
