      From Dave Czulada:

A patient is only reported in a stratification if they meet the population criteria. More specifically, if a patient doesn’t calculate for the unstratified measure (CMS111v5a), they are not evaluated for the stratified populations (CMS111v5b and CMS111v5c).

Below is from the Logic Guidance document

"When the measure definition includes stratification, each population in the measure definition should be reported both without stratification and stratified by each stratification criteria.”

      Possible update for Bonnie

The “green” indicator on Bonnie is confusing, and is probably just and oversight. Bonnie may want to have the banner show red with a * like it does for logic that is true, but is currently false due to some other constraints being met.
