Hi,

I've attached the Bonnie inputs I am using to create a test case for CMS145v13. After the data is entered and Save is selected, the page seems to freeze. To move on from that page, you must cancel the test case which does not allow the case to be saved. I am able to make changes to other test cases in this measure and others without issue.

Is this a Bonnie issue or are my inputs possibly causing the issue?
