Users have had to use two browsers to view a measure and a library side by side during measure authoring process. However, having more than one browser apparently caused time out issues resulting in unsaved work: https://oncprojectracking.healthit.gov/support/browse/BONNIEMAT-1623 . Please consider enhancing measure UI to allow users to view measure and library content simultaneously. This functionality is somewhat available in MAT when users can toggle between measure CQL and library CQL within the same browser: https://www.emeasuretool.cms.gov/sites/default/files/2023-09/MAT%20User%20Guide%20v6.11%20FHIR%2009122023.pdf#page=55 . This enhancement was also previously requested during MADiE UATs in 2022 and in a similar ticket: BONNIEMAT-1322.
