Test data bundles are not transaction bundles so can't be posted to a FHIR server

      The test data bundles are of type collection which can not be posted to a FHIR Server directly to create all patient data. It would be nice if at least in the exported version of the test files they were valid transaction bundles that could be posted to a FHIR server for testing. This is commonly done at connectathons now for testing
