CMS 91v5 Not showing PASS for Numerator patients

    • When viewing measures, it looks like logic is not adequately checked. We share accounts, so it is difficult to communicate that these patients are actually entered correctly (or so we think).

      We can't seem to get BONNIE to show a PASS for Numerator patients in CMS91v5. The Numerator section is indicated as GREEN in the measure view for this patient, however indicates a failure after saving the patient. Confusing!

      I have included a patient html and qrda for example.
