This might be related to BONNIEMAT-1577.

My colleague and I are both getting inconsistent results when trying to upload this MAT package to Bonnie using the default value set selection: Profile: "Latest eCQM <eCQM Update 2023-05-04>". In one instance we are seeing failing test cases, and in another instance all of our test cases are now passing. The tool seems to be pulling codes inconsistently from either the "Latest" expansion version or the "eCQM Update 2023-05-04" expansion version.

Also, we were unable to upload the MAT package when selecting a specific value set release version: Release: "eCQM Update 2023-05-04". The loading continues until the site crashes.
