Unable to save changes when editing existing test cases

      I am unable to save changes when editing existing test cases. When clicking "save" it remains on "saving" with no changes. Even after canceling/exiting out/refreshing the page, the edits still do not save. 

      (Similar issue noted in BONNIEMAT - 1515 ticket)
