      Request to transfer the measures ownership (both QDM and FHIR) for the following 3 STK eCQMs. Julia Dawson is no longer working on our team and Sheila Aguilar replaces Julia's role as a measure developer. Please transfer the following measures and library to Sheila in MAT, Bonnnie and MADiE tool as we are starting with 2024AU planning with MPR team.

      1. Anticoagulation Therapy for Atrial Fibrillation/Flutter (CMS71)
      2. Antithrombotic Therapy By End of Hospital Day 2 (CMS72)
      3. Discharged on Antithrombotic Therapy (CMS104)
      4. TJCOverall library
