When test cases are opened, the following error message appears in a banner across the top.

'An error occurred, please try again. If the error persists, please contact the help desk.'

The 'Run Test Cases' button never appears.

          Hi Chandra,

I see the error has cleared for me also. If I see it again I will try what you suggested about clearing cookies etcetera.
          Thanks,

          Julia

          Hi Julia,

I am unable to replicate the error you are experiencing:

Please see the image below of what I am seeing after logging into MADiE, accessing Antithrombotic Therapy By End of Hospital Day 2FHIR, and clicking on Test Case tab (please allow about 15-20 seconds for the data to load and the 'Run Test Case' button to become enabled):

After logging into a specific test case, I am also not receiving the error you are reporting (Again, allow 10-15 seconds for test case to fully load and 'Run Test Case' button to become enabled):

Additionally, you can see the guidance on Slide 26 of the User Group slides (Bonnie, MAT and MADiE User Group (cms.gov)) regarding loading test case data.

Can you attempt to log out of the tool, clear your cache, and then log back into MADiE to see if the error message is resolved?

          Sincerely,

          Chandra
