Please clarify interpretation of tooling calculation (what components are evaluated for each).
If Clause Coverage is 100%, that sounds like CQL definition clauses are covered.
Does the delta 98% : 100% indicate missing data elements?
ie is the Coverage issue within the CQL or the json test case missing data or validation issues?
