I am trying to minor version CMS 1028 (PC07) in MADIE.   Not all test cases are passing, but none are failing.  They are labeled as "Invalid" as the JSON language is not yet loaded.  I am receiving an error message stating "Please include valid test cases to version before versioning this measure."  (see attached screenshot).

The MADIE User Guide states:  "Measures that do
not contain valid CQL or Population Criteria cannot be versioned".  It does not state anything about status of test cases now allowing measure to version.
