I was able to add 2 principal diagnoses to an encounter. Should this even be possible?

    • If it is left like this, errors may be missed when writing test cases which include principle diagnoses and other diagnosis in a logic sequence together.

In PN6, in the IP, there are several different scenarios. The pt. can have pneumonia as the principal diagnosis. They can have septicemia as the principal diagnosis with pneumonia as another diagnosis, or they can have respiratory failure acute or chronic as a principal diagnosis with pneumonia as another diagnosis.
Another person worked on these test cases last year and she had both septicemia and pneumonia as principal diagnoses. I tried putting them in the QDMv4.2 logic with the principal diagnoses as the attribute, and adding each one as a principal diagnosis. This shouldn't be allowed to occur, I wouldn't think. Could someone check on this?
