Import to MADiE does not add profile for Encounter and Condition, and wants USCore codes for Encounter, rather than value set specified my Measure.

1. Import from BonnieFHIR case. No validation errors
2. Highlighting shows nothing highlighted.
4. There is no profile for resourceTypes Encounter and Condition
3. Added encounter profile to lines 90-94. Got below error. Link http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU5.0.1/ValueSet-us-core-encounter-type.html suggests changing encounter code to 308335008 which got rid of error below:

None of the codings provided are in the value set 'US Core Encounter Type' (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ValueSet/us-core-encounter-type), and a coding should come from this value set unless it has no suitable code (note that the validator cannot judge what is suitable) (codes = http://snomed.info/sct#32485007)
However highlighter still shows nothing passes.

How do we get testcase to bypass USCore value set and instead to use value set “Nonelective Inpatient Encounter” (oid:2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.424) as specified by the measure?
Will profiles be added for resourceTypes that do not have them, by Import?
