System error when trying to 'Create Package and Export' out of MAT

      After a minor change was made to one of the CQL logic definitions, I have been unable to 'create package and export' the measure out of MAT. None of the CQL definitions has any validation errors.

      I am able to export from the Measure Library, but the exported version does not reflect the change made to the definition.

      Please advise.
