      Hi Bonnie FHIR Team,

      It appears that the issue explored in BONNIEMAT-946 has not been resolved in Bonnie v6.2.2. Attached are screenshots of test cases newly created today. The tool does not seem to evaluate this as true: 12/31/2019 11:59PM is "3 years or less on or before end of 2012".
