New problem in Bonnie measure load/update since yesterday 3/24.

I can log into MAT, Bonnie (HARP) and VSAC (API)
MAT operates as expected
In Bonnie, I can see measures, open an existing measure and it operates fine.

However, if I try to load or update a measure, I can select the package, enter the VSAC API, then there is an error:

This error was first noted 3/24 and is still present 3/25.

FYI, I also see some UMLS websites not responding, so it could be a firewall or web link issue, could be tied to my account due to ESAC to ICF changes or impacted by changes for UAT testing.
