Measure Observation 1 (associated with Denominator) and Measure Observation 2 (associated with Numerator) still calculate when Denominator Exclusion is met. This is not expected behavior.

In MAT, Ratio measure scoring does not allow input for 'Measure Observation Exclusions' as it does for Continuous Variable measures.
