There appears to be a problem in the 2015 EH Annual Update HQMF for CMS188v5/NQF0147/PN-6 where the valueSet displayName is incorrect for several Laboratory Tests. I've opened a JIRA (CQM-1694) for it but was wondering why Bonnie appears to be using the displayName to determine the applicable valueSets in the test/patient builder rather than the valueSet OID. Wondering if this could be changed to work-around this issue as there doesn't appear to be any movement on my CQM JIRA ticket. We have been using Bonnie to develop test cases for our measure logic and this is getting in the way of our testing of CMS188v5.
