Bonnie test cases won't reach 100% coverage

      Hello Bonnie/MAT team,

      I hope you are doing well. I am running into an issue in Bonniev5.1.1 where one of my test cases won't save. I added a few new codes into the Qualifying Encounters definition for CMS122. While adding test cases to meet 100% coverage, one of my test cases won't save. I have tried multiple attempts but have failed to save the test case successfully. I have included screenshots of the piece of logic I am trying to create test case coverage for.
