The measure observation for the EH Continuous Variable Measures CMS55v4 (ED-1) and CMS111v4 (ED-2) do not appear to be working properly. For some reason the Stop Date/Time is not being picked up for CMS111v4 and neither the Start or Stop Date/Time are being picked up for CMS55v4. In addition the Start Date/Time in CMS55v4 appears in the Measure Observation logic as "Admission Date/Time" rather than "Start Date/Time".
This condition can be easily replicated with just two Elements, an ED Visit and an Encounter Inpatient but if you would like to see several Test Patients that demonstrate this issue they can be found on the account for "Jim.Becker@GE.com".
