Measure coverage does not match the measure dashboard

      Hello Bonnie/MAT team,

      While working in CMS154 in Bonniev5.1.0, I noticed that the measure coverage for stratification 2 does not match the measure dashboard. Upon reviewing the measure dashboard, it shows 100% coverage for stratification 2. When I go into the measure and click into stratification 2, it displays 99% coverage. I have attached screenshots, the measure package, and the bonnie export. Due to our team needing to move forward with our AU tasks, I have updated the test case to meet 100% coverage.
