Having an issue with one of the Denominator Exceptions for CMS91v5, part of the June 2015 annual update for EH. Not sure if it's a Bonnie issue or a problem in the HQMF but below is what I'm seeing:

There appears to be an impossible to meet denominator exception in the measure. The last criteria in the exceptions displays like this:

OR : (status: false) FIRST : Occurrence A: StartsDuring_5B120967-23A0-447E-9410-6BAA9BE41A49: (result > 0 and < 0 ) (status: false) starts during Occurrence A: Encounter, Performed: Emergency Department Visit

A variable ending in "A49" doesn't appear in the measure display and "result > 0 and < 0)" is always false.

I do see the IVL_PQ condition in the HQMF with a low of 0 and a high of 0 and also see that it's related to the ED Visit and Risk Category Assessment so not sure if it's Bonnie or the electronic measure definition that has the problem.
