Strata display in Bonnie v5.0.0 appears incorrect

      Hi Bonnie Team,

      We added a third stratum to CMS137 this year, which previously had only two.

      It appears that the updated strata are not displayed correctly in Bonnie v5.0.0:

      -PopSet1 Stratification 1

      -PopSet1 Stratification 2

      -PopSet2 Stratification 1 (expecting PopSet1 Stratification 3)

      -PopSet2 Stratification 2 (expecting PopSet2 Stratification 1)

      -PopSet2 Stratification 2

      -PopSet2 Stratification 3
