eCQM Impacted – CMS986v4 – Global Malnutrition Composite Score (GMCS)

Issue – In instances where a patient has more than one eligible encounter during a measurement period and a malnutrition risk screening result of “Not at Risk” for at least one encounter, any other encounters for that patient with a screening result of “At Risk” will not be appropriately assessed by the measure. Only encounters with “Not at Risk” result(s) will be assessed by the measure during that measurement period.
