The comparison of event times, specified as a DateTime, to the boundaries of intervals, specified as Dates, may result in incorrect evaluation when the event occurs on a boundary date.

This issue has the potential to produce false negatives, potentially decreasing performance rates in specific boundary timing edge cases where timing level precision comparisons are made.

The issue is unresolved for 2022 reporting of CMS90v11 and CMS117v10, however the issue has been resolved for 2023 reporting.
