      while i validate my CQM156 Measure on
      https://cypressvalidator.healthit.gov/

      I am getting bellow Error:
      Reported Performance Rate for Numerator A58AA0BB-6C42-4FCF-AF42-776908B2A847 should be NA

      options which are selecting while validate on above url are :

      Annual Update Bundle:2015 Bundle for the 2016 Reporting Period
      CMS Reporting Program: None (Base IG Only)
      Document Type: QRDA Cat III (R1)

      Please help me what i did wrong in attached XML.
