Running Cypress 3.1.0 using the 2015 Bundle for the 2016 Reporting Period.

The generated QRDA-I documents in the test deck for CMS108v4 contain a patient with 3 Medication, Administered entries however each of these have a negationInd with a Medical Reason defined. My Cypress instance is telling me this patient should not be in the NUMER however the negation of these medications will cause it to pass the "$NoMedicationVTEProphylaxisMedicalReason" defined in the Numerator measure logic.

Cypress is telling me that this is based on Master Patient 5 N N ED however in close examination that master patient purports to have a race of "Asian" while the generated QRDA-I (attached here) shows a different race code so I cannot be sure this is the correct Master Patient
