Cypress thinks that Master Patient labeled "3 N N Stroke" should be in the DENEXCP for measure CMS91v5 however the numerous Lab results defined for the patient do not occur _<= 180 minute(s) starts after start of "Physical Exam, Performed: Time of Symptom Onset"

The defined Lab results for this master patient are 13 hours and 30 minutes BEFORE the Time of Symptom Onset (which simply doesn't make sense from a clinical standpoint). These results should occur within 180 minutes AFTER the Time of Symptom Onset.
