Running Cypress 3.1.0 using the 2015 Bundle for the 2016 Reporting Period the Master Patient labeled "2 N OB" has Dx codes 642.92 and 676.31, neither of which are in the 2015 version of value set "Conditions Possibly Justifying Elective Delivery Prior to 39 Weeks Gestation". However the Cypress test for CMS113v4 is indicating that this patient is expected to be in the DENEX. This patient will not fall into the DENEX with just these old codes.
