I'm attempting to use the Cypress Validation Utility hosted at https://cypressvalidator.healthit.gov/ to validate a QRDA-III document for the MIPS program (document complies with 2017 CMS QRDA Eligible Clinician IG v0.1). However, the validation utility does not offer 'MIPS' as a possible selection for CMS Reporting Program even though the IG specifies that MIPS is a valid program name. Choosing PQRS-Individual and submitting the attached file (no PHI) produces the following error:
This id SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @extension, which SHALL be selected from ValueSet CMS Program Name urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.3.249.14.101 STATIC (CONF:2233-711162).
I would expect the value of 'MIPS' to be accepted as a valid program name based on IG.
