WE have created QRDA1 files that include an IP, ED and Decision To Admit encounters. The ED endtime is the same as the IP starttime and the Decision To Admit is during the ED encounter. However, the CVU is not acknowledging the patients in the IPP. I am attaching the zip file, can you provide some insight into why the files are failing?

I saw a request for more detailed auditing from the utility to assist in diagnosing the reason for failure (CYPRESS-962). This enhancement would prevent cases like this one and I am very much in favor of the enhancement.
