We have been testing successfully for all 93 eCQMs against 3.0.3. We recently upgraded to 3.1.0 and noticed that three VTE measures are failing. We were hoping to find out if there are any known issues or other aspects to v3.1.0 that would affect VTE eCQMs and cause Cypress QRDA-I and/or QRDA-III uploaded to the tool to be considered differently.

We are using the API to test all measures, but have replicated this also with manually downloaded zips.
