We are currently running the Cypress test patients through our calculation engine and have a discrepancy regarding expected result for the patient "5 N Newborn"

According to the Cypress Expected Results this patient should be in the IPP and Denominator.

When reviewing the QRDA-1 for this patient we are unable to locate the Value Set OID (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1046.6) that would place them in the IPP and Denominator.

We do see the Value Code "169826009" but this is associated with the Value Set OID 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.25 which is why we are excluding them from the IPP and Denominator.

We are looking for guidance on why this patient would be placed in IPP and Denominator.
