In the Cypress sample data for `1_AMI_ADULT_B` in the CMS100v5 test deck there is a "Discharge Medication Entry" (template 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.105) which contains a "Medication Activity" (template 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.16). This is expected. What's surprising is that the nested substanceAdministration object also has a "Medication, Active" template (2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.41). Does this mean that there is a "duplicate" Element from the QDM's perspective having a different data type? I can't find documentation as to what this means.
